1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- It is returned with original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any)
- The product shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear
Once received, all returned items are subject to a quality inspection before approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Customised or personalised jewellery, including engraved pieces
- Items made to order or altered on request
- Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery through the details provided on our website
- Share your order number and reason for return
- Once approved upon video inspection by one of our agents, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Handling
- A return handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount (where applicable)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be required to ship the product back securely
We strongly recommend using tamper-proof packaging to avoid transit damage.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved after inspection:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Any applicable deductions (handling or COD charges) will be adjusted before the refund
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- COD convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchanged item differs in price, the balance amount will be adjusted accordingly
- In case the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per policy
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the claim is valid.
8. International Orders
For international orders:
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable.
- Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable

9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted and will be treated as returns (where applicable)
Customised and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
10. Final Discretion
Anjori Jewels reserves the right to:
- Decline returns that do not meet policy conditions
- Take necessary action in cases of repeated or suspicious return behaviour
