At Anjori Jewels, every piece is created with care and intention. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help, within the fair and transparent guidelines outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Every Anjori piece is checked before it leaves us. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size or preference.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your jewellery arrives broken, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Share your order number and an unboxing video of the parcel and product. An unboxing video is required for every claim.

Once verified, we’ll replace the piece at no extra cost.

3. How to Raise a Claim

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery using the details on our Contact page
  2. Share your order number, the unboxing video and a short description of the issue
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. What Isn’t Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear after delivery
  • Claims raised more than 3 days after delivery, or without an unboxing video
  • Customised or engraved pieces, except when they arrive damaged or are made incorrectly

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement isn’t possible. They go to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange and Upgrade with Saanjhi

Want to refresh your jewellery over time? Pieces bought through Saanjhi by Anjori can be exchanged over time, with part of their value going towards new designs. See the Saanjhi page for how it works.

7. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Returns and exchanges are not applicable
  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

Customised and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

9. Final Discretion

Anjori Jewels reserves the right to:

  • Decline claims that do not meet policy conditions
  • Take necessary action in cases of repeated or suspicious claims

All decisions are made with fairness and care.
