Anjori creates thoughtfully designed jewellery for everyday celebrations and special moments. Our collections are made to be worn freely—during festivals, milestones, gatherings, or simply when you choose yourself. - Are the product images accurate?
We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These variations are natural and not considered defects. - Is the jewellery hallmarked or certified?
Where applicable, jewellery is accompanied by relevant quality markings or certificates. Details are mentioned on individual product pages.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways, including cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). - Are prices inclusive of taxes?
All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
- How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Customised or made-to-order jewellery may take longer, and timelines will be shared at the time of purchase. - How long will delivery take?
Domestic (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch
International: 10–20 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)

Free shipping may be available during select promotions or for orders above a certain value. Shipping charges, if any, are clearly shown at checkout. - Can I track my order?

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with packaging and tags intact. - Are customised or engraved pieces returnable?
No. Customised, personalised, or engraved jewellery is made specifically for you and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. - How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps or arrange a reverse pickup where possible. - When will I receive my refund?
After inspection and approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. - Are shipping or COD charges refundable?
Original shipping charges and COD convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. - What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost after verification.
Cancellations
- Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and will be handled as returns (where applicable).
Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Yes. Your data is handled with care and used only to process orders, provide support, and improve your experience. We do not sell or misuse personal information. - Do you store payment details?
No. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. Anjori does not store card or banking information. - Will I receive marketing emails?
